Hotel Niky - Sofia

The room was spacious, but the shower kept flooding during use.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant, I definitely recommend it.

I loved that it was just a short walk to Vitosha Boulevard, bustling with shops and cafes. I enjoyed the peace of the nearby City Garden with its beautiful trees and pathways.

The location was best possible for walking around Vitosha boulevard. Well-equipped room with thoughtful attention to the basic needs of a traveler, incredibly helpful staff - everything was perfectly fine👍

This is an affordable fairly clean hotel providing perfectly clean rooms. A metro station is very close to the property, very central location...

The staff were all very courteous .

Unfortunately, the lighting in our room was inadequate. The noise from the street was bothersome, and I could hear guests walking up and down the stairs. It was disappointing to find some blood stains on the towels provided.

The second room I stayed in had only one of the three lights in the room that worked. The rug was dirty. The first room I stayed in was cleaner and had a better layout than the first room.

The location is superb with quiet streets yet close to vibrant shopping and dining areas. The staff were good and provided helpful assistance.

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfy beds, made for a nice rest. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel of the space. The unique breakfast set-up in the cozy winter garden was cool, although it could use a bit more variety. The central location made it super easy to explore the city, especially being just a short walk to Vitosha Boulevard. Just wish there had been more options at breakfast.

The best thing about this small hotel is the staff- they helped us with tickets. Apartment is silent, has a fine bathroom.

Very good location, good breakfast

The room had a smell probably from a bad drainage system. However it was only my room, the other room my relatives were staying in was ok. there was also some noise coming from the restaurant downstairs, but is was ok, it stopped quite early.
